What the fee does not cover Visa, medical test, Emirates ID, insurance and any Tadbeer or typing centre charges are handled separately by the employing family as part of sponsorship. We are a listing platform and do not employ, supply or place workers.

Questions about paying

Do I have to pay to look at profiles?
No. Every profile is free to browse and you can register without paying. A package is needed only to see contact details and to post a requirement.
Is there anything else to pay us after I hire someone?
No. The package fee is the only charge from us. There is no placement fee and nothing further is owed once you hire.
What happens when my access ends?
Contact details close at the end of the period and your account stays open. Nothing renews automatically, so you decide whether to buy more time.
Can I get a refund if I do not find anyone?
If you interview at least three candidates during your period and none of them work out, contact us and we will extend your access by the same period at no extra cost.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start on Standard and need longer, we credit what you paid against Extended on the same day.
Do candidates pay anything?
Never. Listing a profile, appearing in search and applying for a role are all free for candidates. If anyone asks a candidate for money in our name, we want to hear about it.
