Who we are

MyPoppin.com is a listing platform operated in the United Arab Emirates. We publish profiles of domestic workers and vacancies posted by families, and we provide visa processing services through approved Tadbeer channels.

We are not a recruitment agency and we do not employ, supply or place workers. Where we process a visa, we act for you as the sponsor and work within the rules set by the authorities.

Using the platform

You must be at least 18 to register. You agree to give accurate information about yourself, your household or your work history, and to keep it up to date.

You may not copy, scrape or republish candidate profiles or vacancies, use the platform to advertise unrelated services, or contact candidates for any purpose other than hiring.

We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these rules, and we remove listings that are inactive, incomplete or misleading.

For families

Registration and job posting are free. Browsing profiles is free. Candidate contact details open once you hold a current plan and have posted a worker requirement.

What appears on a profile is supplied by the candidate. We check identity documents only. Taking up references, verifying work history, checking medical fitness and confirming visa eligibility remain your responsibility as the employer.

Any arrangement you reach with a candidate is between the two of you. Employment must follow the domestic worker regulations that apply in your emirate, including a written contract, the weekly rest day, annual leave and mandatory health insurance.

For candidates

Listing your profile, appearing in search and applying for jobs are free. We will never ask a candidate for payment to be shown to families or to be introduced for a role. If anyone asks you for money in our name, report it to us.

You decide which families to speak to and you may decline any interview without giving a reason. Tell us when you find work and we will take your listing down the same working day.

Visa services

Our visa package covers the entry permit, change of status, medical fitness test, Emirates ID, medical insurance, employment contract, residence visa application and WPS salary account.

Government fees are set by the authorities and can change. We confirm the current figure with you before any payment. Timelines depend on government processing and are estimates rather than guarantees.

Refunds follow the stage reached. Where an application has not been submitted, amounts paid to us less any disbursed government fees are refundable. Once an application is submitted, government fees are not recoverable.

Our liability

We provide the platform as it stands and do not guarantee that any family will find a worker or that any candidate will find a role. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, for the accuracy of information supplied by candidates, or for any dispute arising from an employment relationship formed through the platform.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
